Please use these size charts to help determine your size. Because sizing and cut vary between brands, please use the charts as a general guide to compare the various size scales. You may also use this guide on how to get accurate body measurements. 

Please note that some items may have measurement discrepancy within 1 - 2 cm and can be considered as a reasonable range.

How to measure your size?

Bust: Place the tape measure under your arms, over your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust. Remember to breathe out first.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist. You can find it by bending to the side like a teapot (singing is optional).

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Measure your Bra size (unit:cm)

Under bust: Measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust.

Upper bust: Measure completely around the bust at the fullest point.

• undamaged items, in good condition for resale; or
• defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 60 days after you receive your package.

We DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE for sale items. But you can return them for refund.

The designer brand will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. The designer brand will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact Lookbook Store with any requests for return and Lookbook Store will then contact the designer brand.

Shipping Information

• Lookbook Store ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna . We also ship to Post Office Boxes through economy shipping.  To see if we ship to your country, please click here.
• Economy, standard and express delivery services are available to most countries. You will see which delivery service is available to your area once your shipping address is entered. You may also visit this page Shipping Details to see delivery services available to your country.
  Free shipping is available for economy delivery service. For standard and express delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight. The shipping cost are calculated automatically on the checkout page.
• Delivery period depends on the service and country selected. For detailed information, just visit this page Shipping Details. We also provide express shipping, which takes 2 - 3 working days, to US customers.  However, we are continually upgrading our system to make express shipping available worldwide.
  Please note, however, the economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement unless otherwise stated.
• Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
• Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredicted situation, we are unable to pay for the tax.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Lookbook Store is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
  
  To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
